1-Service progression mechanism:
1. The citizen applies to the Public Services Center (single window) with the required identification documents.
2. Check the application by the competent employee attached to the identification papers.
3. It is referred to the Homs Governorate Police Command, which in turn refers it to the competent department.
2-Documents required to obtain the service:
The approval of the Director of Industry for the transfer of industrial equipment and machinery + the decision to license the facility or shop or the certificate of registration of the industrial or commercial register + a real estate registration statement + a copy of the personal identity of the applicant.

The application form submitted at the Public Services Center (single window).
4-Fees incurred for obtaining the service:
25 SP financial stamp + 50 war effort + 10 reconstruction + 500 local stamp (service allowance).
